Qorma Recipe

Ingredients
Mutton pieces 1 kg
Onion finely cut 1
Onion fried and Crushed 4 tbsp
Cinnamon 3 pieces
Bay leaf 1
Cloves 9
Green cardamoms powdered 1/2 tsp
Black peppercorns 8
Mace 1/4 tsp
garlic 15 cloves
Ginger 2 inch piece
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Fried,round red chillies 12
All spices powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt 2 tsp
Oil 3/4 cup



Method
Add meat spices,three cups of water and cook for 30 mins.
Blend onion,ginger garlic,coriander seeds and red chillies in a blender.
Heat oil in a pot and fry blended mixture,add meat,yogurt,fried onion,hot spices and salt.
Cook on low flame with lid covered till oil separates and serve. Serve with tandoori rooti,naan,sheermaal.
