Yogurt Fish Recipe

Ingredients
Rahu fish pieces 1 kg
Yogurt whipped 2 cups
Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Red chillies crushed 1 tsp
Hot spices powder 11/2 tsp
Cumin seeds roasted and powdered 11/2 tsp
Dry fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Fresh Coriander leaves Chopped for granishing





Method
Marinate fish pieces with all ingredients except fenigreek seeds and ginger garlic paste for a little while.
Fry fenugreek seeds and ginger garlic paste in a pot.
Add fish pieces and cook till oil separates.
Transfer into a dish and garnish with fresh coriander.
