Ingredients
Sugar 3/4 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Green Cardamom 1 pinch
Zaffran 12
Flour 1 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Clarified butter 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Milk as required

Method
Take a pan add sugar,water,green cardamom and zafran to make sheera.
Another bowl add flour,yogurt,yeast,clarified butter and milk to make a dough.rest dough about half hour then punch down the dough.. dough must be soft.. make a small balls ..
take a wok add oil till warm add balls fry it till golden brown.
