Fish karahi Recipe

Ingredients
King fish fillets 1 kg
White vinegar 1/2 cup
Tomatoes chopped 4
Red chilli crushed 1 tbsp
Green chillies  finely cut 8
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Hot spices powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Black peppercorns crushed 1 tsp
Yogurt whipped 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Fresh coriander,green chillies,ginger finely cut   (sprinkling)




Method
Cut fish into small pieces and keep aside.
Marinate with vinegar for 20 mins wash and strain fish,heat little oil in a frying pan  and  fry fish golden.Thickly grind coriander,cumin and pepper together.
Thoroughly fry yogurt,tomatoes,ginger garlic,red chillies,little oil and salt,tilt work from side to side.
Gradually add remaining oil and leave on dum.
Sprinkle coriander,green chillies and ginger  and serve.
