Poached Egg Curry Recipe

Ingredients
Eggs 5
Onion finely cut 1
Ginger garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 11/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes paste 3
Curry leaves 10
Onion paste 1
Salt to taste
Fresh Corainder for garnishing
Green Chillies Chopped for garnishing


Method
Heat oil in a pot and fry onion,add ginger garlic and fry,add onion paste tomatoes,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,curry leaves,salt and fry. 
Add littlr water and cook for 10 mins,break shells and spread eggs over curry and cover with  a lid, garnish with fresh coriander,green chillies when eggs are cooked and serve.
