Base Ingredients
Biscuits chopped 1 cup
Butter melted 84 gms
Filling Ingredients
Chocolate melted 100 gms
Cream cheese 200 gms
Eggs 2
Walnuts chopped 1/2 to 1 cup
Fruit juice 1/4 cup
Caster sugar 112 gms
Gelatin powder dissolved in water 1 tbsp
Chocolate grated, cream whipped for garnishing
Method
Mix biscuits and butter and set the mixture into a bread mould.
Place in pre heated oven 180c bake for 10 mins and remove.
Beat the filling ingredients in a bowl.
Pour the filling mixture in a mould and refrigerate.
Garnish with chocolate and cream and serve.
