Dum Ka Qeema Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Qeema 1/2 kg
Raw Papaya 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Crushed cumin seed 1 tsp
Crushed Coriander leaves 1 tsp
Roasted Gram flour 1tbsp
Cloves 2
Green Cardamom 2
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup




METHOD
Take a bowl add all ingredients except lemon juice and oil grind it well.
Apply all grinded ingredients on qeema and leave it for 2 hours.
Take a pan add oil then add marinated qeema and cook well till water dries and oil become on surface add lemon juice and garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves  and dum with coal.
