Malai Kabab Recipe

Ingredients
Undercut Long Pasanda 1/2 kg
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Raw Papaya 1 tbsp
Green chillies Paste 1tsp
Grinded Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Mint leaves grinded 12
Salt 1tsp
Malai 1/2 cup
Eggs 2
Flour As required
Oil for Frying


Method
Take a bowl add meat then add all ingredients except eggs and flour and leaves it for 2 hours.
Then beef boti add in wooden sweekers and leave it then put it flour and dip into eggs and lastly fry in oil atleast 15 mins in slow flame yummiest kababs ready to serve.
