Ingredients
Carrots 1/2 metric weight unit
Potatoes four to five
Onion Slices one
Tomato 1
Green Chillies four
Salt To style
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Crushed Red Pepper 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/4 Cup
Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup
Method
Take a pan add oil onion saute well then add ginger garlic paste fry two minutes then add carrot and potatoes and tomato and every one seasoning with 1/4 cup of water cowl with lid and cook fifteen minutes then add coriander leaves cook five minutes additional and flame off.. delicious gajar alu sabzi able to eat.
