Ingredients
Fish 1/2 kilo Slices
Ginger Garlic Paste one tbsp
Onion Slices two to three
Tomatoes two to three
Red chilly powder one tsp
Salt to style
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Crushed cooked Coriander 1/2 tsp
Crushed cooked Cumin 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds for sprinkle
Coriander Leaves two tbsp.
Green Chillies two to three
Oil 1/2 cup
Method
Take a pan add oil add onion until light-weight golden then add ginger garlic saute well .. add tomatoes slices and fry well then add all seasoning except fenugreek seeds with 1/4 cup of water until tomatoes tender then add fish slices and lined with lid regarding ten minutes last add fenugreek seeds and coriander leaves and inexperienced chillies five minutes a lot of on dum flame off serve with zeera boil rice..chillies 5 mins more on dum flame off serve with zeera boil rice..
