Ingredients
Carrots grated 1/2 kg
Coconut paste 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Dried milk 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Dried fruits,sterling silver leaves for garnishing
Method
Heat butter in wok and cook carrots,cardamom and coconut till dry,add sugar and further cook; add milk and thoroughly fry for 10 mins,dish out and garnish with almonds,pistachios and silver leaves serve..
