Creamy Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
Dough Ingredients
Refined flour sieved 4 cups
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup
Semolina 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Lukewarm water for Kneading
Filling Ingredients
Smoked chicken cooked 1 cup
Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup
Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
Onion slice 1
Tomoto slice 1
Green Olives 6
Capsicum 1
Basil leaves 6
Red chilli roasted 1
Sour cream 4 tbsp
Oregano leaves 1tsp

Method
Knead dough ingredients and place in a warm place to rise,roll dough in semolina and set dough in a pizza pan,spread all the ingredients on dough except basil leaves and sour cream.
Place in pre-heated oven at 180 c bake for 20 mins and remove.
Garnish with basil leaves and sour cream and serve.
