Cheljum Ghosht Recipe

Ingredients
Mutton one kilo Medium Boti
Onion a pair of to three slices
Tomatoes 3
Ginger Garlic Paste one tbsp
Cheljum little Cuts 1/2 kilo
Red chili powder a pair of tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder a pair of tsp
Zeera Powder one tsp
Salt to style
Whole spice powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Green Chillies three to four


Method
Take a pan add oil add onion fry well add ginger garlic paste then add mutton and fry until mutton water dries add tomatoes and every one seasoning with a pair of to three cups of water cowl|and canopy}ed with lid until mutton become tender then fry well until oil become on surface then add cheljum and fry it well add some water and cover it then last add spice powder coriander leaves and inexperienced chillies and cook on dum regarding ten minutes..
